Cookie and Analytics Notice

This notice describes cookies and similar technologies on valorahq.com. Read it with our Privacy Policy, which explains the information sent through our forms and how to ask about your data.

What is used

A localStorage key named vz_gate_seen_v1 remembers that a visitor has seen the lead-request popup, so it does not repeat on every visit; the Site works without that preference. PostHog helps us understand page views, clicks and other interactions, and the text of elements you click. It also records sessions, which can include replays of what appears on the page as you use it, with form fields you type into masked. It may use a first-party cookie or browser local storage to recognize a returning device. RB2B is a business visitor identification provider; it may place or read its own identifier and combine website activity with information it holds about business contacts. These tools may process IP address, browser details, referral information and page activity according to their settings. We are reviewing RB2B's classification and settings; do not assume it is limited to anonymous company-level data.

The conversation guide keeps its current context in memory rather than persistent browser storage; closing or reloading clears that context. PostHog and RB2B may still set or read their own cookies or browser storage on the same pages, and PostHog session recordings can include what appears in the guide. The separate inquiry popup may still use its seen-popup preference.

The lead forms on the business-owner page and "Find Your Advisor" are embedded Site forms, not Google Forms. Submissions go through Google Apps Script to a Google Sheet, with notification emails, as the Privacy Policy describes. The forms themselves do not require opening a Google Forms page.

Current consent behavior: Analytics and visitor-identification technologies may load when the page opens, before you make a cookie choice. The Site does not currently offer a verified opt-in control that blocks those tools first. We are reviewing the configuration and any changes required by applicable law. Do not rely on this notice as a claim that nonessential analytics are held until consent.

Your choices

You can use your browser to block or clear cookies and site data; this may change how the Site works. You may also use browser privacy tools that limit third-party tracking. Contact barot@valorahq.com for help with a data request or questions about these technologies. Clearing browser storage does not by itself delete a lead form submission already sent to us; request deletion through the Privacy Policy contact route.
